Blue Frosty Ed x Rippled Waters

This filly is by Blue Frosty Ed our big handsome blue roan stallion. Offspring of Blue Frosty Ed has a wonderful disposition, lots of bone, and is built to be for long days on the ranch. Ed is a big 15.1 hand blue roan with loads of muscle mass and great ranch conformation. Ed goes back to roping greats such as Driftwood, Hancock, Lucky Blanton, Poco Bueno, Three Bars, Leo, Eddie 40, Oklahoma Star, Zantanon, and Grey Badger II. We love the cross with this stallion and he produces some very intelligent and flashy foals. This filly has a stripe on her face and a white spot on her back left, she is awesome and jet black.

This filly is out of a grey thoroughbred mare by American Trust who is by Sadler Wells.  Sadler Wells was a great racehorse who was bred in the United States and raced in Europe, he is most recognized as a sire to other racehorses who have gone on to win all over Europe.  In 1984 Sadlers Wells won the Irish 2000 Guineas, Eclipse Stakes and Phoenix Champion Stakes, he was retired to stallion services in 1984.  He was the leading sire in Great Britain and Ireland a record-setting 14 times, including 13 consecutive titles.  American Trust was sold overseas to Europe for $750,000 USD but was unable to race due to a bowed tendon on the boat ride to Europe.  American Trust has been retired to stallion service and produces some incredibly fast and versatile offspring.

This filly is put together just the way you want a barrel horse or big rope horse because she is going to have some good size.  We intentionally crossed the heavy-boned ranch stock with this long fast thoroughbred.  She has no distinctive markings besides a stripe on her head, she is a classic black, with her color she is sure to turn heads.  She is built for size and speed, we anticipate that she will be a gentle giant and great for any level of rider with the correct start.  Her pedigree speaks for itself and has all the potential to be a super barrel horse, head horse, or using ranch horse.  Breed cross of quarter horse and thoroughbred she can be registered Appendix.  If started correctly this filly could be a top performer under any discipline you see fit.  She is sweet and in a couple of short years, she'll be ready for a job where she will be used to the fullest.
